Adrian Bustos

Adrian Bustos is CFP’s corporate, taxation, securities, digital law and technology expert. He is also the managing director of a tax, accounting and corporate consultancy firm providing services such as corporate accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax filing and compliance, BIR audits and assessments, tax planning and advisory, corporate housekeeping, business registrations, and investment structuring.

Concurrently, he is the legal counsel of a fintech company providing an innovative platform for stock market investors, traders and enthusiasts while being the finance head of a manpower company operating and deploying human resources nationwide. He likewise serves as director, tax consultant, legal counsel, treasurer, and corporate secretary in several other companies.

Using his trademark practical style of teaching, he has lectured in various seminars on taxation, securities, M&As, corporate housekeeping, commercial transactions and contracts. He was a Senior Lecturer on Taxation for accountancy students at the University of the Philippines.

His previous positions include being a senior associate at a law firm specializing in tax, corporate and foreign investment law; chief finance officer of an IT company delivering business solutions globally; financial analyst in an investment bank doing valuation and analysis for M&As; past corporate secretary in more than 30 companies, five of which are publicly listed.

Adrian obtained both his law and business degrees from the University of the Philippines. He completed various specialized academic courses including a digital law program at the University of Geneva.
