Bebong Muñoz is a lawyer and an international business strategy consultant. He has advised top global companies, as well as state and local governments in the US, Europe, and Asia. His primary focus in CFP is in-country business development and the rest of Asia through PPP and donor funded projects. He also provides transaction advisory support on PPP projects, most recently the Public School Infrastructure Program of the Philippine Department of Education.

Prior to CFP, Mr. Munoz worked as a business consultant across various cultural settings. He was the Director for Asia Region, and managed the operations of a Washington DC-based development finance company. His clients included health, IT and education companies that were positioned for business expansion in the Asia Region. In New York, he was an economic development marketing advisor of the Government of Puerto Rico and other US municipal governments. He also served as a government reinvention advisor as part of the Public Strategies Group for the City of New York.

Before being a development advisor, Mr. Muñoz served in government as an elected city councilor and a presidential assistant/undersecretary under the Office of the President.

He completed his Masters in Public Affairs at Columbia University, and his law and economics degrees in the University of the Philippines.
