Audi Pantillano is a senior financial and economic specialist with 20 years of analytical work experience. He has held various financial and economic consultancy posts at USAID, PEMSEA/GEF/UNDP and ADB. His recent assignments have focused on financial feasibility analysis and project finance modeling for business cases on power, PPP transport (road, light rail, airport), property development and water projects.

He has advised on technical assistance projects that sought to develop the local financial markets and enable the private sector to participate in challenging sectors, such as environmental infrastructure and water and sanitation investments. Under a USAID technical assistance project, Mr. Pantillano was a sub-component team leader responsible for operationalizing the Philippine Water Revolving Fund, a JICA-funded lending facility designed to attract private sector participants in water and sanitation projects. Mr. Pantillano has also been involved in project development and advisory work for institutions like Manila Water Corporation, DBP, LWUA and numerous water districts and local governments.

Prior to his advisory and consulting work, Mr. Pantillano was a seasoned financial and equity research analyst with several financial institutions in the Philippines. Between 2007 to 2010, he served as a Senior Investment Research Manager for a major Singaporean firm with focus on the Philippine equities market.

Audi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines School of Economics. He also received his Master of Arts degree in Economics from the same academic institution.
