As part of the teams led by Pinsent Masons and ICF Consulting Services Limited, CFP is accredited in the new set of panel of PPP Center consulting firms for the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF) as announced by the PPP center last June 20. The accreditation put emphasis on CFP’s experiences in providing PPP legal and project finance advice, including financial modeling, analysis, structuring, risk assessment, and other relevant tasks. The PDMF is co-funded by the Government of the Philippines and the Government of Australia, through (ADB). As of TOR publication, the contribution of the Philippines and Australia is approximately $42 million and $18 million, respectively. The program seeks to enhance the investment environment for PPP and develop a robust pipeline of viable and well-prepared PPP infrastructure projects.
