AlloyMTD Philippines, a member of one of Asia’s leading conglomerates, AlloyMTD Malaysia Group, has engaged CFP for yet again another transaction advisory service, this time for the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAx) Project. AlloyMTD previously engaged CFP for namely the LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension and Operation & Maintenance Project. Valued at about USD 787.11 M, the CALAx Project, under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) involves the financing, design and construction, operation and maintenance of the entire 4-lane, 44.6 km closed-system tolled expressway connecting Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). CFP advised MTD in assessing bidding options and strategies taking into consideration the best possible value-engineering technologies for the project.
