CFP in partnership with the Integration Consulting Group of Germany begins technical assistance project to assist the Philippine Government in expanding nationwide access to electricity in an inclusive and sustainable manner. The project, funded by the European Union, will help develop a reform agenda to help increase investments in renewable generation and energy efficiency and strengthen the capacity of key policy making and regulatory bodies and electric cooperatives. As the sole local subcontractor of the Integration Consulting Group, CFP is providing the local experts responsible for conducting extensive consultations with key stakeholders around the country to fully understand the state of play, particularly institutional or other bottlenecks that constrain renewable energy investment and household level electrification.
