CFP is providing M&A, transaction documentation and legal advisory services to IDI Infrastructures (IDI-I), a major Japanese investment fund owned and managed by Mizuho and Daiwa Securities. IDI-I lends and invests and provides risk management services to support Southeast Asia based energy projects over the long term. CFP currently supports IDI-I in relation to the fund’s investment opportunities in greenfield and brownfield thermal and renewable energy projects in the Philippines.
