CFP was among the select firms that participated in the Infrastructure Philippines PPP Conference, organized by the Government of the Philippines in November 2010. Sol Castro, CFP’s Managing Director, represented the company. The conference launched the country’s renewed PPP program as a key development strategy to improve its infrastructure. Potential PPP projects in urban mass rail, toll roads, airports, health, agriculture, water and energy were presented to the international delegates comprising developers, construction companies, banks, private equity funds, and professional services firms. Philippine President Benigno Simeon Aquino III was the keynote speaker. He stated that important policy reforms would be carried out and critical government support would be provided to PPP infrastructure projects.
