Two advisory groups joined by CFP have been accredited by the PPP Center as transaction advisors for the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF). The PDMF is a USD13.5 million revolving fund supported by the Philippine Government and the Government of Australia under a capacity building technical assistance project of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Canadian Government. The program seeks to enhance the investment environment for PPP and develop a robust pipeline of viable and well-prepared PPP infrastructure projects. The first accredited group is led by SMEC International Pty Ltd. (Australia) in association with Ecorys (Netherlands), SMEC Philippines Inc., and CFP (Philippines), while the second consortium has, for its members, Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Ltd. (UK/China), CFP (Philippines), Feria Tantoco Robeniol (Philippines), Pinsent Masons LLP (UK), and Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking (France).
